The amazing "See Through Windows" feature - Unleashed :)
Very often we have to explain the "See Through Windows" feature of our Virtual Tours. In order to make things simple we prepared a series of pictures of a scene, showing the differences between different ways of photographing a Virtual Tour, and finally showing the massive advantage of the "See-Through-Windows" feature which is present FREE in ALL of our Virtual Tours. If you still have question about the "See Through Windows" feature feel free to ask us.
UNDEREXPOSED
This is a very under exposed picture of the interior.. tough, the exterior is very visible, no details in some areas. Other areas like the chandelier are captured with plenty of details. Not a representative picture for the room.
OVEREXPOSED
Same scene, now over exposed. This is of course an exaggerated overexposure but serves very well our example. The exterior is almost non visible, same thing for parts of the interior. The chandelier visible in the above picture is completely flooded "burned" out. The only good details and colors are the ones on the chairs, table and flooring.
NORMAL - AUTOMATIC EXPOSURE
This is a "normal" exposure compared to the average photographic equipment. It is achieved by using the Auto Exposure Settings of a digital Camera. Part of the exterior is visible, tough a bit overexposed in some areas. Regarding the upper part of the interiors, there are no details on the chandelier but the floor and table are visible in details. This is the typical Virtual Tour image most Virtual Tour providers give you and you accept it because you don’t know the difference. It’s time to open your eyes.
SEE THROUGH WINDOWS
This is the typical "See Through Windows" example. Both, the interior and exterior are visible, with details. Observe through the window the remote parts of the exterior, and the details in the chandelier and rest of the interior. This picture comes closest to what a human eye would observe in the same position. We do believe that this feature is one of the most important features in a Virtual Tour. Demand it!
All the Virtual Tours produced by PANOSTAR are done with the "See-Through-Windows" feature enabled. This provides you the best possible image quality for the Virtual Tours of your listings. If you are not currently our customer, ask your your Virtual Tour provider to offer you this feature !!!
