Sales Executive - 1 position available (location - Newport Beach)

Panostar is among the Preferred SoCal Real Estate Imaging Companies, serving the Real Estate Market, while still being a small very fast growing enterprise.

Panostar is currently recruiting top performing sales talent with Marketing and Real Estate Backgrounds. In this exciting role as a Sales Executive you will be the Key Player to secure new customers for Panostar Business.

The primary role of the Sales Executive is to maintain and grow revenue for existing customers and to secure new customers for Panostar. You, as the Key Player, will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new Panostar revenue through a combination of win-backs from competitors and expanding existing market share with clients by selling across the entire Panostar portfolio of services.

Sales Executive will effectively manage their time to meet day to day prospecting activity standards, generate customer proposals and presentations, make sales calls, meetings with responsible factors in client side, close new business, turn in complete and accurate contracts and follow up to ensure that the customer implementation and billing is complete.
You will demonstrate the ability to ensure that the proper solution is presented to and sold to the customer. You, as the Key Player, will work with internal and external resources to effectively orchestrate all involved to meet all plans and customer commitments. Critical skills include:

  • sales account management;
  • sales opportunities analysis;
  • sales proposal development; sales presentations;
  • sales closing techniques;
  • strong understanding of Real Estate Market.
  • good understanding of internet paradigms;

* Must be a strong team player with a commitment to value-based leadership.

* A successful track record developing new business and maintaining existing accounts is a plus.

* Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively with all level clients

Photographer - open positions up to 5 (Location: Socal Counties)

Exciting opportunity to work for an established leader in the real estate services industry in SoCal area. Immediate openings for a full-time / part-time positions. The candidates will use the latest professional digital SLR camera systems, lenses and lighting to photograph high resolution digital still images and 360-degree panoramic images of homes for use in Print and Internet applications.

Required skills:
At least 1 year of professional photography experience; architectural / real estate experience is preferred. Portofolio is a plus. Mastery of photographic skills is essential. Experience with professional digital SLR camera systems, such as Canon 300D and lighting systems preferred. Excellent personal communication and customer service skills are essential. The candidate must be dedicated to quality and self-motivated to achieve the best possible results. Experience with computer systems and electronic image manipulation with Adobe PhotoShop is required. DTP is also a plus. Candidate must have a vehicle for use in local travel.

The primary role of the Sales Representative is to maintain and grow revenue for existing customers and to secure new customers for Panostar. You, as the Sales team part, will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new Panostar revenue through a combination of win-backs from competitors and expanding existing market share with clients by selling across the entire Panostar portfolio of services, being managed and Supervised by the Sales Executive
