| Jack Nemeth here. As a client of Panostar's, I will tell you my house was up for sale for 13 months. During month 10 I hired Michael to construct a web site and do professional pictures for me. His flyers and virtual tour web site, were the reasons my home sold. The buyer saw it on the mls, checked out the web site and came to the home.  An absolutely gorgeous remodeled home that is pristine in every way in Yorba Linda! It's bright interiors made it's shooting a breeze. The only problem I had was the temperature outside that day... almost 100 degrees.. and I was IN THE SUN!!!Freshly painted exterior and interior with warm tones. Remodeled kitchen with granite counters. Crown moulding and 5 in baseboards throughout. New carpet, built in spa for relaxing and enjoying the summer. Mirrored wardrobes w/built in close organizers. Large RV parking area. Beautifully manicured front and back yards. This home is gorgeous and I loved the time I spent there shooting the pictures. The owners were very nice to. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 58,918. However, more recent development in eastern outskirts and northern hills of Yorba Linda has increased the population to nearly 71,000. One of Yorba Linda's most famous residents was the late former President Richard Nixon, who was born and raised in the city. Yorba Linda serves as the home of Nixon's presidential library. It is the 5th wealthiest place in the county. |
