 An absolutely gorgeous remodeled home that is pristine in every way in Yorba Linda! It's bright interiors made it's shooting a breeze. The only problem I had was the temperature outside that day... almost 100 degrees.. and I was IN THE SUN!!!Freshly painted exterior and interior with warm tones. Remodeled kitchen with granite counters. Crown moulding and 5 in baseboards throughout. New carpet, built in spa for relaxing and enjoying the summer. Mirrored wardrobes w/built in close organizers. Large RV parking area. Beautifully manicured front and back yards. This home is gorgeous and I loved the time I spent there shooting the pictures. The owners were very nice to. (as you always do) Yorba Linda is an affluent suburban community in Orange County, California, approximately 13 miles northeast of Downtown Santa Ana, and 40 miles southeast of Downtown Los Angeles. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 58,918. However, more recent development in eastern outskirts and northern hills of Yorba Linda has increased the population to nearly 71,000. One of Yorba Linda's most famous residents was the late former President Richard Nixon, who was born and raised in the city. Yorba Linda serves as the home of Nixon's presidential library. The city is listed by CNN as the 21st best place in the U.S. to live, making it the second highest-ranked Californian city in the survey. Similarly, in an article by CNN Money, titled "The Richest (and Poorest) Places in the U.S." Yorba Linda was the richest U.S. city as reported by the Census data showing median household income of $121,075, higher than any other city of its size in 2006. It is the 5th wealthiest place in the county. |
